Callas, Sempre Callas

Maria Callas, the great soprano, lived in Italy for many years and particularly loved Sirmione, on Lake Garda, to where she would return time and time again.

This exhibition displays photographs, letters, annotated scores, programmes, as well as costumes and jewellery worn by Callas on stage.
London related recordings and photos are provided courtesy of the Philharmonia Orchestra.
During the opening of the exhibition, pianist Sem Cerritelli and mezzo soprano Letizia Choi will perform arias from operas associated with Callas.


The exhibition will be open to the public monday–friday, 10am–5pm until 8 february.
